Although I don't mind them normally, the animals were a bit too present and intrusive during meal times. the lack of space in the showers made it difficult to keep clothes dry, and the placement of the showers was a bit awkward.

The staff provided helpful information for tourist attractions in the area and went above and beyond to fix the wifi when it temporarily stopped working. Great hot showers, comfy beds, and lovely pets. This hotel is slightly outside the village next to a river, but a taxi ride to the centre takes only 10 minutes. Cleanliness is well maintained, and activities are varied, such as a cool Jacuzzi and a games area. The owners are helpful and friendly, and the chef in the evening is top notch.

During my Xmas stay, I found two lovely people who made my visit wonderful. They provided hot drinks, answered my questions, and helped me with my needs. The place had an enchanted ambiance that fits the hills around it and an irresistible smell of fresh coffee. The place is quite hidden, but it offers a fantastic view of the mountains and local wildlife like birds and monkeys. Although it's a bit far from the downtown area, it's totally worth the trip.

There were a few things that could have been better. The walls are thin, so sometimes you can hear the noise from the road nearby.

Showers are hot and there are relaxing chill out areas. The adorable dog adds to the amazing atmosphere. I wish I could have stayed longer than just one night.
